Fulfilment policy

In order to provide you with our best service, and correctly fulfil orders to our best standard all orders placed have a processing time of 2-3 working days as well as shipping time which is chosen and stated at the point of checkout. During the processing period, orders are packaged and prepared for delivery. In the case of cancellation its vital that you contact us within 30 minutes of your order and provide the relevant information (order number, name and contact details) to krystalsdiamondstore@gmail.com. Once your order is processed we will not be able to refund you and the order will continue to be fulfilled. 

All UK orders agree to adhere to our delivery policy and agree to pay a fixed rate postal fee no matter the size and weight of the order, this excludes promotional offers such as 'free delivery or £1 delivery" however not limited only to the offers stated. The standard fixed fee is subject to change. To complete the fulfilment process we deliver all UK items using royal mail or Hermes. Please note courier services are subject and reference numbers will be added to all orders notifying them what delivery service will be handling their orders.

Similarly, International orders agree to pay rate of postal fee which varies by weight and size of the order. To complete the fulfilment process we deliver all UK items using royal mail or Hermes. Please note courier services are subject and reference numbers will be added to all orders notifying them what delivery service will be handling their orders. Postal services are subject to change and customers are responsible for any extra fees such as customs fees etc.

Please note that customers will be notified by a shipping confirmation email once their orders have been fulfilled. We will not accept any cancellations and additions to orders after this point.

return & exchange policy

Krystal's Diamond store does not accept any form of returns. In the case that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email krystalsdiamondstore@gmail.com within 2-3 working days after you've received your order. Please include your order number, name and contact information, explanation of why you're not happy with your order, photographic evidence (if applicable). We will work with you to figure out a solution to your problem. Please note that we don't issue refunds on certain items please do read the description of the product before purchase, however, we are more than happy to exchange products in the case that you are unhappy with your purchase.
